The trainer made the course fun and interesting as it was intense. I would recommend others to take a course with The Knowledge Academy.

The Knowledge Academy's training centre in Edinburgh was easy to find and a lovely place to learn.
The trainer was experienced and great at explaining new concepts. He was also rather funny which lightened up the Prince2 course as it is quite a dry subject.
The customer service was also brilliant - the staff know a lot about the course and sent out the precourse material in a timely manner.
Overall a 5 star experience.
