Enjoyed my time with The Knowledge Academy. They are professional and used great teaching techniques. They provide you with comprehensive courseware which really helps your understanding of the course. I undertook their ITIL training course and really enjoyed it.

I used The Knowledge Academy for my PMP training course. The trainer was efficient and great at explaining new subjects and processes. I have worked in project management for many years yet still learnt new things. Really happy with the experience and that I passed the exam first time.

I took the PMP training course. Very good pace yet allowing everyone's queries to be dealt with. Very good homework sessions. Pre-course info/organisation was also excellent! References to the manual and where to find key points were excellent ... I have gained a lot of knowledge in a very short time and I'm confident I will put it to very good use - all thanks to the methodology used in the course.

The ITIL training course is extremely well delivered in such a way as to implant the information into your brain.... A well taught course.

The course was intensive but very well run. The trainer was very knowledgeable and there was a good balance of learning all the facts to get through the exams with wider discussion. He had many helpful hints which I'm sure helped me pass both the foundation and practitioner. I would definitely recommend.

I thought this course was excellent. It is true that you get out of it what you put in and you must be prepared to do the pre-work and homework or you will be left behind. I really enjoyed the course and thought the tutor was superb. His teaching style really suited my learning style and I am pleased that I passed both the foundation and practitioner courses for PRINCE 2. I would not hesitate in recommending this Company.
