5 stars because the training was excellent and the trainer was excellent. The course materials were of a high standard and the trainer was highly trained. I would take another course with The Knowledge Academy and would recommend others to take a course.

The course was very intense but the instructor simplified it to the last detail. The best part of it was how he made us conceptualise everything. He influenced our thinking and mind process in relation to CISSP. The Knowledge Academy environment was very good and professional.

The Bristol training venue was simple to find and great to learn in. The surrounding area was also nice.
The trainer himself; Martin was great at teaching the subject and knew exactly what he was talking about. He also used real life examples when explaining things which really helped when it came to the exam. I have taken a lot away with me that will enhance my career.

I originally decided to train with The Knowledge Academy because my friend recommended them to me. I am glad I went with her advise. The training course was excellent and well run. The trainer couldn't do enough for you and was happy to repeat himself over and over until we understood it. He created lots of class discussions and group work which really helped with understanding certain concepts.

The entire training course was professional as was the customer service. I really can't fault The Knowledge Academy and would definitely use them again for any further training I require.
