The ITIL certification is hard work but The Knowledge Academy do explain it well. They provide trainers who are competent in their courses and can explain it clearly. Lots of class discussions also helped with understanding certain aspects of the course.

Really enjoyed learning the PMP certification with the knowledge academy. They look after their delegates and provide great customer service. The post course customer service is also to be recommended.
