The Knowledge Academy Amsterdam

I took my ITIL certification with The Knowledge Academy in their Amsterdam training centre and had a great time. They make learning fun.
The instructor shared his experience with us and taught us great exam techniques which helped my pass the ITIL exam.

Very good PMP training course, which is very full on, but great facilities and a very knowledgeable trainer. Learnt a lot, and will be coming back soon.

The course helped me get a good grip of the PRINCE2 methodology which until this time had been a seeming endless list of processes and components. The way the course was taught helped me understand the linkage between different processes and components in a holistic and memorable way. It provided a good preparation for the exam and my project management work

The PMP Training course was very good with perfect study cases - I felt comfortable during this exam because study materials gave a good idea of what to expect.

I have studied both PRINCE2 Foundation and Practitioner as one integrated course conducted by The Knowledge Academy. Course was well conducted with good content, methods and advice. The standard of material was great and far exceeded my expectations and the trainer was brilliant and very well informed about the topic, and at the same time presented the material with excellent links to real world examples. Pace of course was spot on and I learned so much during those 4 days and wouldn't be able to find fault even if I tried. Excellent administrative assistance during booking and after the course. It has been consistently good throughout.

The course was very intense but the instructor simplified it to the last detail. The best part of it was how he made us conceptualise everything. He influenced our thinking and mind process in relation to ITIL
