In this class you will learn the skills to enable you to create your own beautiful cupcakes suitable for a wedding or a ladies party. Our delicious cup cakes will be made in advance so you can spend longer perfecting your edible decorations. We will show you how to pipe buttercream whirly domes for the 'frosting' look and separately how to top your cupcakes with sugar paste, creating the perfect elegant base with which to add your edible decorations. We will talk about colour combinations and how to work with food colours and then perfect tiny handmade rose buds, ruffle flowers, ruffles, vintage brooches and lace pieces and pearls, all of which are completely edible. Your cupcakes will be packaged in a box for you to take home and impress your friends. This class is suitable for beginners.
