The Foot Nurse

I'm a licensed practical nurse with certification in advanced foot care. I have worked as a nurse in extended care facilities and in an acute care hospital. I offer routine, preventative, medically oriented foot care in the privacy of your your own home, retirement home, residential care facility or hospital in Kelowna BC. My services include: nursing assessment to determine any foot problems, trimming and filing of toe nails, reduction of calluses and corns, bunion and hammertoe care, ingrown toe nail care, diabetic teaching, foot massage and referrals as necessary. I use state of the art tools all sterilized using an autoclave. I use a podiatry file with suction to reduce thick fungal toe nails and remove as much of the damaged nail as possible. I have worked on thousands of feet. My focus is to improve the overall appearance of your feet and provide pain relief for those with painful problem feet. I offer more than a cosmetic pedicure. I have been providing nursing care to seniors since 1994.
