Introduction
The Food Psychologist is health consultancy designed to help individuals overcome their health issues on their terms and transform their relationship with food. Owner Dr Christy Fergusson is a Glasgow Nutritionist, Doctor of Psychology, Chartered Psychologist, Nutritional Therapist and Hay House Author. She is the former in-house nutritionist from Women's Health Magazine and the psychologist from Channel 4's Secret Eaters. One-to-one sessions with Dr Christy are available in Glasgow and online.
