Brian M. Fishman is a Philadelphia trial lawyer. He has been practicing for over 12 years and his primary focus is on the defense of individuals charged with criminal offenses. From 2005-2013, Mr. Fishman worked in private practice as an associate at David S. Nenner & Associates. For over 8 years, he defended individuals charged with criminal offenses including narcotics charges, firearm offenses, robbery, burglary, rape, fraud, theft, DUI and all other criminal charges. He has tried over 40 jury trials to verdict and thousands of bench or waiver trials
