The dining room at 35 Dawson Street is probably the most handsome dining room in Ireland. The Dining Room, superbly located in city centre Dublin, brings together an atmospheric brasserie, redolent of Parisian dining at its most glamorous, while still providing the deliciously comforting and dependable flavours of traditional French cooking.
The Dining Room is a new restaurant, with a new look and a new name, combining a landmark dining room with a team brought together by a remarkable executive chef, Malcolm Starmer who consistently serves excellent food in informal, relaxed surroundings. Balzac is a restaurant which is finally pairing the top class food and wine with the great service that this impressive room deserves.
