Introduction
In addition to the allure of living in a brand new home without the worries of yard work and lawn maintenance, Epcon homeowners are drawn to the private garden courtyard that is the unique focal point of every home. Each open, light-filled home is designed to wrap around the courtyard so that it can be enjoyed from just about any room. A private retreat surrounded by modern conveniences, the community is less than two miles from the New Albany Links Golf Club, three miles from the New Albany Country Club, less than two miles from Rocky Fork Metro Park, just minutes from the Hoover Reservoir and a short distance to shopping and dining at Easton Town Center. We invite you to experience a new lifestyle at The Courtyards at New Albany and discover for yourself why so many people are falling in love with Epcon’s homes and communities!
