We can't take credit for some of the cute design ideas-the revolving door, the collection of pigs, the "Bone Appetite" bibs and Bobby Q's & Barbie Q's toilet signs - they all belong to the inspirational founder of the Rib Shack, Bob Payton.

Bob had a vision to create London's best BBQ restaurant, and in the upstairs bar you will find an over-sized original 1991 menu containing Bob's story of The Shack, just don't ask to pay the 1991 prices!

Open since early 2008, we aim to continue Bob's good work, offering a lively venue that is the perfect place to have a good feed, get messy, and of course, enjoy the best ribs in London.
