Carl Rosier-Jones is a leading stress coach and stress consultant. He has observed at first hand the devastating effects that stress has on people – himself included. A police officer by training, Carl Rosier-Jones’ interest in stress and its effects was piqued when he was shot six times and and awarded a National Bravery Award – while dealing with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Reducing stress became his passion. Carl Rosier Jones’ research into the subject resulted in the creation of his “Caveman Principles†– a set of principles that help individuals reduce stress and improve their lives using simple techniques. His latest book, Get Rid of Everyday Stress with The Caveman Principles and Enjoy Mammoth Success, was released in November 2015.
