Introduction
The Cave utilizes a combination of weightlifting, gymnastics, parkour and other disciplines to help members dramatically increase their capabilities. We have two primary purposes in The Cave. First, to improve the health and fitness of our members, and second, is to have fun doing it. The community in The Cave is supportive and engaging. We want you to succeed. The Cave was founded in November 2006 by Roger Harrell and Andrés De La Rosa as CrossFit Marin. We are focused on helping people obtain true fitness. The primary focus of our program is not about looking better or "loosing weight", though both do occur in a dramatic fashion in our program. Our program is about gaining physical capacity that will enable you to enjoy life more. Our clients include people from top tier athletes wanting to gain an edge in their sport to mature individuals who want to improve the quality of their lives.
Our program incorporates aspects from a wide variety of sports and the workouts are varied. We have experts on hand to safely teach you proper techniques. Learning how to perform these exercises correctly increases your rate of improvement and greatly reduces the risk of injury. You will be amazed at what you are capable of in a very short time.
