The Carvery

The popular Carvery has been running since 1981. The restaurant boasts a full a la carte menu including fresh local market fish & seafood, delicious steaks chargrilled to your liking, excellent vegetarian selection & children%u2019s menus or why not choose from the succulent roasts on offer with all the trimmings. There is also a Table D%u2019hote menu and often daily specials served in the Carvery. As much local fresh produce is used as possible.

The Carvery is within Les Charrieres Country Hotel, St Peter, some of which dates back to 1623. Set in beautiful countryside at the top of St Peters Valley, the peaceful heart of the island of Jersey. The hotels location is convenient for Jersey airport, and ideally situated for visiting many of the island's major attractions, the most popular of Jersey's beautiful beaches and only 4½ miles from St Helier.

The restaurant is open every evening throughout the year between 6.30pm & 9.30pm. It is also open for Sunday lunch between 12pm & 3pm.

Reservations are recomended. Entertainment some nights of the week.
