The Brook Welding Company

Brook Welding are a UK based steel fabricator with a sixty tonne lifting capacity, they specialise in building mid to large steel fabrications for industry. They regularly work with fully 3.1 and 3.2 certified steels with full traceability and documentation packs. They have been ISO 9001 accredited since 1992 and hold a large number of BS EN 288, BE EN 15614 and ASME IX welding procedures as well as BS EN 287 and ASME IX welder approvals.

At their West Midlands site they have the facility's to offer the complete fabricating package, they can CNC profile the steel onsite allowing their quality inspector to easily witness the transfer of the cast numbers to each item, ensuring no breaks in the traceability program. Once the job is fabricated and passed off by the inspector it will be passed to one of their coded welders. Brook can then offer post welding thermal stress relief conducted to BS 5500 or customer spesification and precision machining, both of which are carried our onsite. Finally the fabrication can be finished to customer specification in the onsite paint shop, they offer both shot blasting and painting in a range of specifications and finishes.
