Introduction
Dear Neighbors
Thank you for joining our family at the Boulevard Cafe. We could not be happier to have opened our restaurant in the Westlake District, at a location we used to frequent as children. We have worked hard to refurbish the old Lyons building so that you will find a beautiful and inviting place in which to dine with loved ones, friends and co-workers.
The four of us will be on hand to make the Boulevard Cafe more than just another place to eat. We want to be the standard for quality, affordable dining--friendly people serving exceptional food in a comfortable environment. Our commitment to this standard comes as much from our personal experiences as our professional ones. In our homes, a meal was always more than just a way to satisfy appetite. It was a special occasion. It was a time when friends and neighbors gathered together; a time when family and friends enjoyed home cooked meals prepared with age-old recipes, seasonal produce, and the freshest ingredients; a time when stories and laughter were in equal proportion to marvelous food and drink. It was a time, especially, when friends and neighbors were made to feel at home. It is our honor and pleasure to extend to you the same warmth and hospitality that will make the Boulevard Cafe your home away from home.
We look forward to meeting you, and to providing you with great food, excellent service and a truly memorable experience.
Sincerely,
Tommy Alizotis, Peter Foundas, David Marcovici and Billy Panoutsopoulos
