The Big Bright Idea is a small, award winning creative agency.
We're not about big egos or small thinking, but we are a shameless results driven design team that's BIG on talent.
Based in beautiful Poole, Dorset, we combine 28 years of experience to craft big, bright & beautiful designs that encompass brand, print, web, video and CGI.
Typically agencies are quite large and come with an associated price tag. The Big Bright Idea is different in that we produce big agency work without the big agency price tag. Clients can be safe in the knowledge that their budget is going on creative and not the electricity bill. Our size means we react quicker than larger agencies. For our clients, their point of contact is normally the creative who is working on the project, ensuring continuity, intimate knowledge of the work and a personal touch, which can make such a difference. In short — BIG creative. Small team. Smaller prices.

…we love what we do! Design is essentially thinking made visual and if you don't enjoy the design process then it's all for nothing and the end result will reflect this. So much can be intimated through good design or lost in translation through bad design. There's nothing more rewarding for us than nailing a clients brief perfectly and seeing the fruits of our labour realised and proudly knowing 'Hey, we did that.'

Creative Director
20 years design and marketing agency experience has seen Ian working on some of the UK's largest brands. Prone to outbursts of song when co-workers make tea, his off-key renditions bring a collective tear to co-workers eyes.
