We have recently relocated to the Spalding area of Lincolnshire, from Cornwall, and cater for all your design requirements in the residential field including new-build housing, refurbishments of modern, period and Listed properties. With 46 years experience in architectural design we are expert in tackling difficult planning issues; maybe where a Planning Consent has been refused, or where advice from the Council’s Officers makes it look impossible for you to achieve any development! It may not be impossible, maybe just a fresh direction of approach is needed; this is where our services are of particular benefit. We offer a free consultation to discuss your project and we serve the whole of the East Midlands area, including Cambridgeshire and Norfolk; and also of course in Cornwall where we have established contacts and an ongoing relationship with the Planning Authority.
