Welcome to A Beach’n Place – Fort Myers Beach newest Vacation Rentals located in beautiful downtown Fort Myers Beach at 584-590 Palermo Circle, Fort Myers Beach, FL 33931.

Fort Myers Beach is an island, there are two bridges to access the island one at either end of the island. Our island is approximately 6 miles long and about a block wide in most areas. Our property is in a QUIET residential neighborhood but you can walk EVERYWHERE. Go out your front door, walk past 5 houses and you are in the midst of all the excitement…from our property it is 5 min walk to the beach, 7 min walk to the pier, 2 min to dining, shopping. You can literally park your car when you arrive and not get back in it until you are ready to go home. The location is perfect!

A Beach’n Place offers much more than a hotel…we are your home away from home.

We have seven units total
4 bungalow suites have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom
3 bungalow units with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom

Most of our bungalows are newly remodeled new kitchens, bathrooms, paint, floors, new furnishings and luxury bedding that is only found at 5 star hotels. Each suit has its own patio with tropical plants and blooming vines, a kitchen that is fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, cooking utensils, etc… There is a courtyard with bar-b-que grills and we conveniently have laundry facilities on site.

NO Car, NO Problem – our newest and coolest accommodations are available weekly and monthly and are conveniently located in the heart of downtown Fort Myers Beach, walking distance to all restaurants, shopping, excursions, pier and more!

We also offer discounted rates to our guest for Parasailing, Seadoo Dolphin Tours, Kayak rentals, Golfing at premier golf courses and Spa services. Just ask about current specials when booking your reservation!
