Established in 1995, Thai Orchid Restaurant is Exeter's First Thai Restaurant serving the finest Thai Cuisine in a period cottage.
Built in 1540 this stonemasons' cottage and Saint Peter's Cathedral, provide an unlikely yet fitting backdrop for this taste of Thailand.
The Restaurant is a family run business comprising of two levels of fine dining without the pretence one might normally expect from a restaurant of this quality. Our kitchen is professionally run by Thai Chefs with experience gained in prestigious restaurants and hotels from Bangkok to New Zealand.
We at Thai Orchid embrace the full array of flavours and spices in Thai cuisine whilst respecting the delicacy of the individual ingredients ensuring that their fragrance and subtlety comes through with each and every bite.
Thai Orchid caters for all occasions, the romantic rendezvous for two to the business dinner, private parties, takeaway and of course little ones are always welcome.
We offer lunchtime menus, nine set menus, a full A La Carte menu and a Takeaway Menu.
