Introduction
Teviotdale House is a splendid Victorian guest house located 10 minutes from Edinburgh city centre. The building is a fine example of a Victorian Edinburgh town house, built in 1890. For many years it has provided first class accommodation and we aim to make your stay a very pleasant one. It is an ideal choice for sightseeing, visiting friends and relatives, business and seminars. We have 6 letting rooms, all of them en suite or with private bathroom.
In our guest house you will be able to relax and unwind after a busy day. There is a calm and soothing atmosphere here and you will feel perfectly fresh after a good night‘s sleep at Teviotdale House. Situated in a quiet street in a beautiful conservation area called ‘The Grange’, Teviotdale House is conveniently located for the city centre, with good bus links a few minutes away. A bus will take you to the city centre in 10 minutes. It is also possible to walk to the Royal Mile, in the heart of the Old Town, in 25 minutes. This is a very pleasant walk that we always recommend.
Our breakfast has a wide variety of options to give you a great start to the day. We use the best fresh local products we can source for you and cater for vegetarian and lactose free diets.
