A wide range of recycled materials utillised with resin to create a range of products from small accessories to homeware decorative piece.

The materials used are mostly waste from general workshop activities such as sawdust, wasted acrylic, wood scraps, fabric off cuts or even leftover resin. The pieces are created to emphasise the beauty of the wasted resources in the daily production of items.

The new found products bring new life into the waste materials. The products are handmade with professional finishes, and with the infusion of a random assortment of waste materials being used each piece has slight aesthetic differences, allowing a bespoke touch to the items and also allowing each piece to contain its own unique personality and feel to it.

The combination of materials creates unique visuals and textures that both excite and intrigue the senses, and also provide a clear contrast between organic and man made materials used in production and the harmony between the natural colours and geometric shapes.

The work aims to visualize the "Wabi sabi" Japanese saying meaning perfection in imperfection. The items developed aims to highlight the imperfections of the waste material and turn an invaluable wasted material into valuable meaning items. They can remain valuable to wear or to adore, a living statement to show and remind everyone the beauty of recycling.
