Tennessee Neurofeedback is now seeing patients. To protect our staff and our patients we are following CDC Guidelines. In accordance with these guidelines, we ask that if you or your family members have a fever, cough, or respiratory infection, to please call us before coming into the office. We can reschedule your appointment to another date when you are feeling better and no longer contagious. Please call our office at 615-589-3879 with any questions or for further assistance.
Your Safety During an Office Visit
As we do all that we can to ensure your safety, we have a few requests & requirements that we ask all our clients follow:
1. When you arrive to the building please text (615) 290-8798. Please text where you are parked and wait for the technician to meet you at your car.
The technician will check your temperature, check your finger pulse oximeter level, ask a few screening questions, and give you hand sanitizer before walking you up to your appointment.
Your temperature must be at 98.7 or below. If your temperature is above 98.7, you will be asked to reschedule.
2. Please wear a face mask at all times.
3. Please bring your own set of headphones or airpods (with airpod case) to your appointment.
4. You will be asked to wash your hands for 20 seconds upon arriving in the suite.
