We're independent business and domestic telephone engineers.. Based in Eaglescliffe, Stockton on Tees, on the Durham/North Yorkshire border. But we do travel further afield! Please read on..

So, locally, we specialise in repairing phone lines and telephone equipment for small and medium businesses, as well as domestic customers. We're specialists in improving broadband speed , and home phone wiring, extra sockets, cable repairs, etc.

However, nationally, we are long-established, experienced and respected specialists in dismantling and recycling large old phone systems. We've carried out this work since 1999 for major customers like National Grid, Legal and General and several police forces . Our background and skill as well as our portfolio of customers makes us one of the key UK experts in the recycling of PABX equipment such as Siemens Realitis, iSDX, and Meridian Option 11/61/81.

And we recycle other electronic waste. We are accredited by the Environment Agency for the disposal of obsolete IT equipment, conforming to the WEEE Regulations.

Unlike many other telecoms companies, we aren't determined to sell you a new business phone system at all costs. If you want one, then we'll find one. But we enjoy keeping older systems in service.
