TeignReflexology offers Reflexology to clients in and around the Teignmouth area. I'm Dawn Woodes MAR, a fully qualified, insured and experienced Reflexologist and a member of the AoR. I work in Teignmouth in a range of settings and also provide a mobile service, offering the opportunity to relax and unwind in the comfort of your own home.
Reflexology is a gentle therapy which encourages the body to work naturally to restore its own healthy balance. By applying pressure to the reflex points on the feet, blood circulation is improved, the body relaxes and organs and glands become balanced. Doctors agree that over 75% of our health problems can be linked to nervous stress and tension. Reflexology is fantastic for relaxing and clearing energy blockages. It helps us to cope on a physical, mental, and emotional level, encouraging us to heal and maintain health in all areas of our lives.
Reflexology relaxes the body, relieving stress and tension; improves circulation of blood and lymphatic fluids, helping the bodys' processes to function more efficiently; helps unblock nerve impulses, facilitating natural healing processes and enhances general health.
