However, our primary focus remains assisting clients to finalise your legal issue in the most efficient, cost effective manner.
We generally don't believe in time-billing, individual charges for every piece of paper printed, copied or faxed and attending to phone calls and e-mails, instead we come to an agreed fee for the sum of these services, usually resulting in lower costs for the client.
Instead we will endeavour wherever possible to offer a fixed fee to our clients so they know up front what costs will be required*.
All our files are electronic, therefore we can access your file any where there is an internet connection making us more contactable and reliable to suit your needs.
The Penrith office also specialises in 'out of hours' appointments including weekends meaning we can be available when you need us.
