Introduction
Techmara Electronics Limited was incorporated in 2017 with a view to dealing mainly in the supply of personal protective equipment, electrical, electronics and IT services and products to the mining and auxiliary mining industries and public and quasi-public sectors.
The business registrations quests so far have been focused on the mining and auxiliary mining companies directly and through sub-contracting on the Copperbelt, Lusaka and in other provinces. It is also aggressively pursuing more business with public and private entities throughout Zambia. The mission statement and safety and environmental policies have been given extensive deliberations and consultation from experts in the organisation and outside in order to earn an edge in compliance.
The capital structure of the company is equity and additional Directors’ investments. This is so as to hedge the finance risks in the inception of the organisation. The other short term finance will be from the line of credit from our suppliers with whom we are negotiating dealerships and other favourable terms.
