I have been trouble shooting software and hardware problems since 1995 both personally as well as professionally. In 1997 I began a three-year project for a trucking company that did not have any computers or systems in place to handle the massive paperwork and data storage requirements to running such a company. As a result of electronic forms that I constructed in Microsoft Access for this company they have reduced their printing costs and increased their productivity. I remained a consultant for this company until they were able to handle the tasks for themselves, and I have been told that they are running fine at this time.
In 2001 I joined a Computer Services Guild and assisted in the implementation and hard wiring of a network in a neighborhood community center in the Bronx as well as a system roll-out for a corporate account that was recommended to me.
In 2006 I started my own service and started using online companies and advertising, online and local media, to generate customers and leads. I have been specializing in Networking, Data Recovery, Virus & Spyware Removal and System Optimization for improved performance successfully.
