We started to loose faith and money within the process, and this is from people who have higher qualifications within Information technology and studied at University level over a number of years, so we were getting very frustrated with the entire whole process.
We felt we had no choice other than to provide customers with an outstanding service that was not like other that they had encountered through their buying experiences. We do not us vast amounts of re-sellers to sell our products as we have our customers at the heart of our growing business, as we having nothing to hide and want our customers to free from stress and frustration as we will attempt to resolve issues within a timely efficient manner and this is where we have gone a step further offering customers guaranteed 12 month gift periods, not like other companies in this field.
We offer our customers the option to be able to purchase gifts directly from us through PayPal, which further enables the customer to have and feel assured when purchasing products from ourselves.
