T'ai Tsung Kung Fu (Tottenham)

T'ai Tsung is based on the use of northern style kung fu, which is taught in a systemic fashion through classical long solo forms exhibiting both attack and defense movements. All forms are taught slowly with attention to detail and understanding. T'ai Tsung's forms are complimented by practicing their applications, free fighting and physical conditioning.

The Head Instructor for the classes at the Triangle is Sifu Anthony Roberts, he has been teaching kung fu for over thirty three years and was responsible for establishing the class at the Triangle. He is Vice Chair of the T’ai Tsung organisation, Senior Examiner, Senior Coach and Referee. He is also a coach for Team GB, under Chinese Kuoshu Institute (CKI)
Triangle was established a little over twenty five years ago. Devon Symister (3rd Degree Black sash) was the first instructor at the Triangle Centre Devon was there for just over twenty years. Devon himself was unbeaten in the ring and over the years has collected many championships. He has produced many champions including: Kieran Curry (Sifu 3rd Degree Black Sash), who is currently in the England squad, and the under 75 kg World Champion (Lie Tai) and Reuben Roberts (Laoshi 2nd Degree Black Sash) was the under 80kg British Champion 2001, and runner up 2002 in San Shou. Both Kieran and Reuben were former instructor at the club Also another former instructor is Errol Lynch (Laoshi 1st Degree Black Sash) who is a registered Doctor of Traditional Chinese Medicine practising Acupuncture, Tui na, Shiatsu, and Herbalism. Errol is principal practitioner of Tui Na in London and York. He is the founder of Tui Na UK and is currently a representative for TCM hospitals in Hangzhou for Herbs, Acupuncture and tui na-clinical practice.

We currently have five instructors, for the CHILDREN'S CLASS: Anthony Roberts (Sifu 5th Degree Black Sash), Muke Taty Kindembe (Laoshi 2nd Degree Black Sash), Toni Roberts (Laoshi 2nd Degree Black Sash), Rochelle Roberts (Laoshi 2nd Degree Black Sash) and Shanei Hypolite (1st Degree Black Sash Assistant Instructor).

For the FAMILY CLASS there are two instructors: Anthony Roberts (Sifu) and Muke Taty Kindembe (Laoshi).
