We offer a range of services such as Skilled Nursing, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, Social Work, Home Health Aide, Respite At-Home, Private Duty, Non-Skilled Personal Assistance. Tahara Health’s mission is to provide professional and paraprofessional services to clients in their homes assisting them to achieve the highest level of potential in their day-to-day self-care activities.
