That's the way we've always done it, ever since we started as "the original Mexican patio café" in San Antonio back in 1978. And it's the way we still do things today.

We chop the cilantro, hand-roll the flautas, stir the beans, grill the fajitas, dice the onions, roast the peppers ... well, you get the idea. We make our food fresh, preparing and serving it with care, whether it's a platter of sizzling fajitas hot from the kitchen, or a perfect salt-rimmed margarita served up at Happy Hour.

Because, at Taco Cabana, making great-tasting Mexican food isn't just what we do. It's our obsession.
