TREDIC Corporation is a British & London HQ’d privately held property development, investment & professional services business with special purpose vehicle (SPV) commercial interests in a number of global markets and regional trading blocs, including Europe, Russia & CIS, Middle East & Africa, Turkey & Eastern Europe, South East Asia & Latin America. TREDIC’s business and strategy model is focused on exponential SPV growth in emerging, high risk, and growth markets, supported by our operations in more refined and developed markets including Western Europe & North America.

First and foremost TREDIC Corporation is a special purpose vehicle (SPV) property development & investment business, experts at funding and managing the full development process, specifically in emerging, high Risk & growth markets.

TREDIC develop our own equity backed projects but typically we will act as Master Developer and strategically manage the entire property development process from start to finish as either a fee earning property developer (or development manager) on a client led contract or as a turnkey developer on a forward funded turnkey contract.

TREDIC also act on behalf of 3rd party partners and clients as real estate advisers and investors, often managing specific key stages and sectors of the development process, rather than the whole development.
