Introduction
TELA26 LLC was founded by Anthony (Tony) Hardin, a 27-year military veteran and author of the “ABCs of Avoiding Unethical Behavior: Critical But Simple Advice for Leaders in Any Professionâ€. The company started in 2007 as Ethical Leadership Seminars. TELA26 is dedicated to the training and development of leaders, and delivery of related consulting services, following Hardin’s ethical leadership advice. Utilizing Hardin’s 26 letters of The Ethical Leadership Alphabet (TELA), we help individuals and organizations in both the private and public sectors to improve their leadership, work environments, and performance. TELA26, and its sub-contractors, offer value-added services based on the tenets of ethical leadership.
