Introduction
TCH Property Maintenance – Lincoln Handyman Service is your first stop for all the odd jobs, household and general repairs you’ve be meaning to get fixed for ages. I offer a whole host of services which are carried out in a prompt, reliable and professional manner. From cat flaps to flat screen TV wall mounting and flat packs to a bath reseal to name but a few.
Satisfaction Guaranteed
As most of my work comes from repeat custom, word of mouth and referrals this means I don’t have to spend much money putting adverts in newspapers and local magazines. As I don’t incur these costs this means I can pass these savings onto you, the customer.
Getting a Fixed-fee Quote
I quote on any jobs you want doing and will be happy to provide this as fixed-fee, this means it is not an estimate or a guess at the price which will then grow from all the add-ons and extras. What it means is the price you see before I start the work is the price you pay when I’ve finished, this way you won’t be hit with any nasty extras or unforeseen add-ons.
Whatever jobs you’ve been meaning to get round to, but haven’t completed yet then TCH Property Services is there to help. I’ll get all the unfinished jobs finished for you at a price you can afford and a service you can’t beat.
