Katherine joined the team in November 2015 and has undertaken extensive training, both internally and externally, to bring her up to speed with the demands of working in a fast moving sales and rental market. Katherine came to us with extensive marketing and social media expertise, she works tirelessly to ensure properties are marketed in the most effective way to achieve the results we are aiming for.

Business Development Manager
Neil Joined the team in early 2014 and managed the complete rebrand of the company from Sylvester Lettings to Sylvester Properties. Specialising in marketing and business growth he oversee’s overall business strategy and planning as well as supporting the team in the day to day running of the business.
Phillippa
Sales and Lettings Executive
Phillippa is an experienced sales and lettings agent, as well as controlling our online media she assists Becky in the day to day running of the business. Bringing into the team a wealth of customer service experience she is also responsible for raising and monitoring reactive, planned and contract property maintenance work.
Rebecca Sylvester
General Manager
Becky has been involved in the County Durham property market for over 15 years and is Head of Sales & Lettings within Sylvester Properties. Becky is kept busy travelling the length and breadth of County Durham, while managing our busy Stanley office.
