SwimWay

SwimWay is a swimming company that provides swimming lessons for Parents & Babies, Children and Adults in exclusive private developments, homes, schools and gyms.

Founded in 2005 by Dan Pastor, SwimWay started as an alternative for families who could provide a venue for swimming lessons and who were not necessarily satisfied with the existing swimming programmes of public leisure centres or health clubs. However, due to growing demand for the SwimWay teaching methodology and personal service, the company is expanding beyond these boundaries to start providing it's own locations and pools to provide instruction and training.

Prior to SwimWay's inception, Dan Pastor worked for over 6 years teaching at the Chelsea Harbour Club, Swimming Nature and Virgin Active before identifying a niche market following the growing numbers of private swimming pools being built.

The company has since become a leading provider of private swimming lessons in the South West of London, with a growing demand to expand.

All our instructors currently work or have worked in established swimming programs at venues such as the Chelsea Harbour Club, Hurligham Club, Swimming Nature and Virgin Active bringing to the team a solid background in swimming teaching which helps us to improve our own methodology.

Our lessons are mainly provided as one on one or as double lessons, and our group lessons never exceed more than three (children) or six (adults) students at a time. This allows the instructor to create a specific lessons plan according to the Swimway methodology. Other swimming schools follow a strict swimming plan due to the high student/teacher ratio and the number of students taught per week.
