Brought to Sicily by the Phoenicians, the almond tree is still the basis for the preparation of traditional sweets which SweetJewels continues to produce with the same old methods. Despite being a young company, SweetJewels is still nowadays attentive to these traditions and, through almond organic farming, it continues to distribute many products prepared through almond homemade processing. Quality and excellence are SweetJewels guiding principles and the company aims at getting this undertaking across to its customers. While preparing our desserts we keep in mind what will really satisfy our customers: that is rediscovering the flavours and aromas of the past of our Island and the tradition of a product which is still homemade.The mildness of organic ingredients plays an important role in order to preserve softness and fragrance in the course of time with no need for preservatives. The processing takes place in the early hours of the morning so that the silence of the night does not alter the flavour and helps preserve the secret of our recipes.
