Introduction
Phil Romano in collaboration with chef Yuki Hirabayashi is inspired to bring traditional Japanese culture and taste to Trinity Groves. Our idea is to take the matsuri bayashi, traditional festival, and incorporate it into our service here at Sushi Bayashi.
