Introduction
Susan Young Massage Therapy is a licensed massage therapist in the state of Texas and Board Certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. She brings over 16 years of experience in the massage industry and has specialized training in massage for pregnancy such as postnatal massage, back pain, prenatal massage, postpartum massage and much more. Massage during pregnancy can be effective in relieving muscular aches and pains, reducing swelling, and creating a habit of relaxation to harken back to during labor. Massage as a part of your postpartum recovery strategy is not only smart but relaxing as well. During your postpartum session(s), we can help adjust your postural alignment, decrease muscular aches and pains from labor, encourage the body to clear excess fluid more quickly and soothe the nervous system. Please call us today for more information or to schedule an appointment. We look forward to helping you!
