My travel agent since 2003. They have the best deal and very helpful. I go back to Asia twice every year and every time, they get me the best price. Forget about doing it yourself online. Gigi is awesome.
I used to call Gigi to book but now I just send Gigi email with dates I want to travel, let her know if i can be flexible, which seat I want(she knows it so well by now). Then she return email with a few dates and prices. I picked one, give her my cc # and other information. Next, E ticket confirmation send to my home address.
By the way, the price always include airport taxes and other services. So I don't have to worry about another few hundreds to add on.
