Sun Ya Chinese Restaurant

We are a small and intimate restaurant run by husband and wife team Kim and Kim Lai. We were established in the early sixties by my father Peter who has now retired.

The décor of the restaurant is minimalistic with splashes of Chinese influence.
We can seat up to 30 people and we provide an excellent takeaway service with a 10% discount.

All the usual favourites are available including crispy aromatic duck with pancakes and shredded beef, and let’s not forget the toffee bananas for dessert followed by a pot of jasmine tea to end the evening. An excellent Chinese beer is also available from the selection of bottled beers. From Sunday to Thursday we have a great value three course meal in the restaurant available for £15.00
(£8.90 for children under 12 years old).

Bookings are recommended as there is limited seating available. Small parties are catered for with special set menus if required. Vegetarians are well catered for as we have an extensive vegetarian menu. The restaurant is fully air conditioned which is great for those hot summer days.
