Excellent service and caring owners and technicians! Repaired ice maker on bottom of Samsung Fridge that was in pieces, he put it back together, everything out of bottom drawer of freezer, a messy job. Sam arrived and was very kind, understanding and knew exactly what to repair. Very knowledgeable, did not try to sell us parts. He came a long distance, on a rainy dark evening, and the same day we called them! Appears to be a great company, with above and beyond service.
