Sub-Cool FM is a Crawley based Air Conditioning @ FM service provider covering the entire South East. Formal qualifications are only a small amount to what we would account to a good service. We make it a core value to ensure your work place or homes are number one priority when our service is carried out.

A Team of engineers (all 9 Years plus experience) all above the national standard (all come from national companies) with the most sophisticated designers the Air Conditioning industry has to offer. With an aim of maintaining the most cost effective options on the market.

Sub-Cool FM has 2 departments, Sub-Cool FM Commercial & Sub-Cool Bespoke Residential.

Our commercial Team tailors each contract, each Enquiry, to each individual client. We don't use generic risk assessment's (unlike our competitors) we invest time & cost in the health and safety aspect of our works to ensure any risk are minimized.

Sub-Cool FM Bespoke Design, gives our Residential customers over 10 brands to work with on installations We tailor each clients' needs, whether it be the visual look, the cost, the noise, or even the colour, we pull out all the stops to ensure you get exactly what you want. We supply residential systems which are less costly than commercial systems. Breakdowns, Assessments, Installations, TM44 inspections all carried out.
