If you’ve got fitness fever, then there’s only one prescription — more CrossFit! Corny? Yeah, we know. But StrengthRX Crossfit is the kind of place with a light-hearted culture and a ton of inside jokes. It’s how we keep you motivated so we can kick your butt with our WODs. Our mission has always been to create an environment where people of all backgrounds and fitness levels can train safely, work hard, and actually look forward to it. Because you’re never going to stick with something you don’t enjoy. Our members put their trust in us, and we return the favor with sound movements practices, fun events, and compassionate coaches that always take time to explain the “why†in what we do. Beginners are our specialty. If that’s you, grab your free session. And if you’re a long-term CrossFitter, go ahead, get your free session, too. We want to show you why our prescription is better.
