The foundation of Stratos’ practice is design research. We help our clients build empathy by connecting them to their customers’ stories and perspective, in order to inspire new products and services. Stratos focuses on everyday people as experts of their own experiences. Using contextual and co-creative methods, we develop a deep understanding of people by uncovering their needs, emotions and dreams. This helps frame the right questions to guide design decisions.
