Whether the injury be from playing sports or just another day on the job, StayFIT provides customized physical therapy programs and rehabilitation for injuries. We also work with neurological disorders. In addition to our physical therapy, we provide reconstructive surgery (specializing in the hip and knee) and arthroscopic surgery. We also treat headaches, frozen shoulders/capsulitis, joint sprains, muscle strains, as well as foot and ankle conditions.

All treatments are administered in a 1:1 therapist to patient basis, in a comfortable environment with state of the art equipment.
