We are traditionalist at heart, and believe that there is only one way to do things and that is the correct way. From our equipment to our ingredients, we do everything possible to obtain the highest quality materials to showcase our craft. We import the finest ingredients from Italy and focus on local organic produce. From making mozzarella daily in house to bringing over our oven from Naples, Stanzione 87 is Miami's most authentic Neapolitan pizzeria.
