Introduction
Precision engineering company founded over 60 years ago with turning and milling CNC machining capabilities. Turning diameter up to 450mm diameter and 1000mm long. Fifth axis vertical machining centre with a table size of X axis 1520mm, Y axis 760mm, and Z axis 620mm. Supplying to the the rail, construction, food, oil and gas industries. Post production treatments include plating, heat treatment, grinding and welding. ISO9001 registered and RISQS verified for the rail industry. Majority of work is machined from stainless steel or aluminium, however, capable of machining from Super Duplex, Inconel®, Monel® and Hastelloy®. A highly flexible work force which can quickly turn around quotations and production to meet customers' requirements.
